储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

The proliferation and differentiation of B cells is dependent upon a B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) complex. Binding of antigens to specific B-cell receptors results in a tyrosine phosphorylation reaction through the BCR complex and leads to multiple signal transduction pathways. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].

Function:
Associated to surface IgM-receptor; may be involved in signal transduction. Involved in regulation of the catalytic activity of PP2A, PP4 and PP6 phosphatases catalytic subunits by protecting them from degradative polyubiquitination until they associate with regulatory subunits.

Subunit:
Associates with PP2A-alpha and PP2A-beta catalytic subunits, and with PP4 and PP6. Interacts with MID1 and MID2. Interacts with Ubiquitin.

Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm (Potential).

Tissue Specificity:
Ubiquitously expressed with highest levels in heart, skeletal muscle and pancreas.

Post-translational modifications:
Phosphorylated. 
Monoubiquitination by MID1 triggers calpain-mediated cleavage and switches IGBP1 activity from protective to destructive.

Mental retardation, X-linked, syndromic, 28 (MRXS28) [MIM:300472]: A mental retardation syndrome characterized by agenesis of the corpus callosum, coloboma of the iris and optic nerve, severe retrognathia, and intellectual deficit. Mental retardation is defined by significantly below average general intellectual functioning associated with impairments in adaptative behavior and manifested during the developmental period. Note=The disease is caused by mutations affecting the gene represented in this entry.
