2.0版5′ RACE系统适用于cDNA末端的快速扩增 (RACE) (1) 及mRNA中确定点和5′ 末端之间的锚式PCR (2)。

该系统可用于扩增序列信息较少的罕见mRNA，且可用于捕获mRNA的5′ 末端信息 (3,4)。5′ RACE系统：

  • 利用SuperScript? II RNase H- RT的先进性能，提高第一链cDNA产量，增加cDNA长度
  • 在一个反应中，利用至多1 μg的总RNA或poly(A)+ RNA制备特定的cDNA
  • 提供更完善的第一链cDNA纯化步骤，获得适合加尾的cDNA
  • 在与PCR相容的缓冲液中，以优化的反应条件使用重组TdT，为PCR提供高效的引物退火位点
